Theme: I can't say I have just one theme but “Do not take life too seriously. You will never get out of it alive.”~Elbert Hubbard, seems to describe it well. The quote to me means that sometimes you have to forget everything you know and do what you want to even if it means just taking a break from work to think and simplify it. There will always be times when life is overwhelming and you can't stop it but after that you need to take a step back and realize that you finished and need to take a break. There are many people that never stop and realize to live in the now or do what they enjoy and I would find that miserable.
Setting: My life mostly takes place in my room or at school. I spend most of my time out of the house at school even if it's not during school hours. I live in a room that is filled with nerdy paraphernalia and random items all over. Many things in my room have significant meaning to me and many don't but I enjoy looking at them everyday I come home and just admiring their beauty, many people don't understand what I see in these miscellaneous items but I don't really care about what they think of my room. It's mine and no one will make me change how it is.
Conflict: There are many conflicts in my life but only some of them stay constant. The main one is finding a way to organize all my school work and life. I have never been an organized person but I have tried to be it always ends the same way every time I follow the organization for a week or two and then it ends up with being a bunch of crumpled papers in my back pack or 20 google docs with the same untitled document name. I would like to learn how people stick to it and want some way to keep by but I just don't know how to.
Characterization: Some of the people that shaped me the most I have never met, John and Hank Green also known as the guy who wrote the fault in our stars and his younger brother. They made me think about politics and society in a different way by making youtube videos explaining political situations and making videos to teach people about topics not taught in school. They have dedicated their life to teaching people using youtube and other internet platforms and I find that inspirational. They made me think about what I have and not take it for granted and wanting to help people in need. That inspired me to learn about unusual topics like greece financial crisis or the financial budget for the presidential candidates. I enjoy watching there short videos and they made me want to teach others about topics most people would avoid like the plague.
Protagonist: My dad helps to bring out the best in me. He is always there to help me and to push me forward. When I get stuck on work he helps work through it and his motto is “divide and conquer”. With saying this he helps me realize that I'm over thinking it, and makes me look at one small part at a time. He has helped me with many other things too, like achieving my goals or just teaching life skills that I will need in the future. He is always there to support my interests and helps to push me forward to get ahead in school. I see my father as the biggest mentor in my life because he helps me with so much and teaches me things that I would never been taught in school.
Antagonist: I have lived with this person my whole life known them to the best ability till I could no more. They slowly changed over the years till they we someone I did not want to be like. I had seen them go through ups and down twists and turns. There may have been mess ups but no one knew. They only showed their outer shell to the world and let few in, this led them to many problems. They were always at fault when something went wrong even though they did not have anything to do with it. They made me look at the world differently and changed me for worse and for better made me realize not everyone stays the same. They made me who I am now and I can't change what they have done or what they will do, but just as to who they are. No one has really known the real them and never will until the day someone breaks that wall and frees them from that trap of themself.
Flashback: I like to think back to all the interesting people I have met and what they all did as a specialty. It showed me there are so many possibilities for me that I don't have to conform to what people think for me I can do what I want. Over the years the different people have showed me different possibilities and guided me to the next person and so on, but all of them have taught me something it changed person to person but they all preached the similar saying of never giving up on what you love.
Irony: I never expected to go to germany when I was 15. When I applied for the scholarship I never expected to be picked for it. Actually going to germany was irony because when I was younger I never wanted to leave home. I never even thought I would finished the application when I started it, none the less I did and stayed in germany for a year.
Symbolism: My posters give people who walking into my room a little peak into what I like. It strongly represents who I am and what I like. They give people an idea of what I do with my life and what I like to do. Some of them I just find as a nice piece of art others were gifts but all are important to me. I see them just as important as books if you don't treat them well then how are you supposed to show you like them.
Foreshadow: I am currently involved in robotics and a lot of other science related things outside of school and I hope to keep doing them. Robotics is a big part of my life and I love doing it and I am so glad that I will be able to do it this year and I hope to keep doing it in the future. I also like finding out how things work and will use that whenever something breaks and I will fix it using the knowledge of how something similar works. I want to keep learning about the new technologies that come out every day, because one day I could be making them.

How challenging was this project for you? Be specific.
This project was really challenging for me because I did not know what to write about for the topics, I found it really hard to say what I wanted to say without censoring myself.
What was the easiest part of this project?
The easiest part was making the post board and getting creative with it. I found this the best part because I did not have to worry about writing or thinking of what to say, I just got to glue pictures and text to a board.
How comfortable did you feel during your presentation?
I did not like presenting at all. I was not comfortable sharing my writing and I absolutely hated it. I am normally okay with sharing writing as long as it's not about my, I am a very not open person and I don't enjoy letting people know more about me till I know I can trust them.
Did you receive critique and feedback from anyone (teacher, parent, classmate, etc)? If so, who? Was the feedback helpful?
Yes I got feed back from a classmate it was really helpfull they helped me realize that something I wrote may have not made sense so that I can fix it. They also helped with grammar where it was wrong.
Did you provide kind, specific, and helpful feedback in the peer review session? Who did you assess? Explain.
Yes, well I tried. I assessed Peters writing but I was not able to help him improve it any more than it already was.
Do you think you were on task for the vast majority of the time given in class to work on writing and construction? Explain.
Define on task, if it means either working on writing it or thinking about what to write then yes. Most of the writing took place at home because I don’t do the best when I write at school.
What grade do you think you deserve? Why?
I honestly don't know, I would like to say it's worth an A but I can't tell. You are the teacher I can't know what you would think a perfect A is and for that I can't say what I think I deserve. I worked on it, finished on time, and completed all required section so for that it could be possible to get an A.
If you could change something about this project, what would it be?
I would of liked it if we did not show this to our parents. I would of changed the topics of what we had to write, but I don't know to what.
